"When I try to log into ALS, the system says I'm already logged on. How do I log back into the system?"

Network Users - Log into ALS as the administrator. Once the logon is successful press F3 on your keyboard. A list will appear with all users who are currently logged on. Find the user who should not be on the system and double click their name. This will log them off.

"When a student launches a lesson from their clipboard, nothing happens. How can I get the lessons to launch?"

Network Users - Log onto any network machine with administrative rights. Go to My Computer and find the mapped drive where ALS is installed on your network. Navigate to the root of the ALS folder. You will find a file called Tweak.exe. Double click this file and the lessons should now launch.

"How do I install ALS onto an RM CC3 network?"

In our Installation Guides section, there is a document that outlines the instructions for installing onto RM CC3 networks. To download the MSI file for ALS, click into the Patches section and find the appropriate file.
